Our Lamb has conquered, let us follow Him!

Do you believe in God as your Creator and loving heavenly Father, in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, and in the Holy Spirit as your Comforter and Sustainer, according to the Holy Scriptures?  We do, and we strive to live our lives in ways that demonstrate our faith and point others to Christ.

The core of the Moravian faith is belief in the grace of God the Father, the merit of Jesus the Son, and the gift of the Holy Spirit. We are a Christ-centered church, insisting on the relationship with Christ as the heart of Christian belief.
At the heart of the Christian faith is a necessary confidence in God. It is God's idea that we live in an eternal relationship of love with Him. God not only made us, but He made us with the intention to bless us so that we could be a blessing to others. Through His gift of Jesus Christ - whose death on the cross breaks sin's power over our lives - God mends our broken condition and saves us from being apart from God forever. Those who know the forgiving and renewing power of Jesus' love begin to experience a life centered on their Savior's will. And it is the will of God that you will love Him, and help others come to know and grow in the life-transforming power of Jesus-centered living.

Moravians believe that it is through the Scriptures that God reveals Himself and teaches us what is in His heart. Yet, we confess that our understanding of God's revelation is still incomplete. We, therefore, refuse to argue matters of doctrine and avoid the development of statements of faith that become binding upon others ... Ideally, when questions of faith arise, we begin with the person of Christ and His Word, and enter a search for His will together. While we may reach different conclusions, we covenant to remain united, no in opinion, but in Jesus. We trust that God will accomplish His will through the hearts and lives of those who seek Him. In place of drafting statements to legislate our belief, we describe the relational harmony we seek together by the motto: In essentials unity; In non-essential liberty; In all things love.
